Fajita Pizza Recipe
Meat:
- Chicken (300 g)
Vegetables:
- Onions (1)
- Red Capsicum (1/3)
- Green Capsicum (1/3)
- Black Olives (as you like)
Oil:
- Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
- Olive Oil (1.5 tsp)
Flavors:
- Salt (1.5 tsp)
- Oregano Leaves
- Sugar (1 tbsp)
- Garam Masala (1/3 tsp)
- Chaat Masala (1/3 tsp)
- Turmeric Powder (1/3 tsp)
- Red Chili Flakes (0.5 tsp)
- Red Chili Flakes (1 squeeze)
- Coriander Powder (1/2 tsp)
Cheddar:
- Cheddar Cheese (as you like)
- Mozzarella Cheese (as you like)
Others:
- Egg (1)
- Yeast (1tbsp)
- Water (1/2 cup)
- Yogurt (1.5 tbsp)
- Pizza sauce (3 tbsp)
- Lemon juice (1.5 tbsp)
- Dry Milk Powder (1 tbsp)
- Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
- All-Purpose-Flour (2 cups/250 g )
Formula:-
- In tepid water (1/2 cup), add salt (1 tsp), sugar (1 tbsp), yeast (1tbsp) and put away.
- Take a major bowl, add generally useful flour (2 cups/250 g ), dry milk powder (1 tbsp), olive oil (2 tbsp), little size egg (1) and blend well.
- Knead by adding yeast water for 3-5 mins to frame a delicate batter.
- Take a bowl, oil with oil and put your batter in the bowl and apply oil all around your mixture.
- Cover the batter in impenetrable space for around 30 minutes roughly for the mixture to rise.
- Heat olive oil (1.5 tsp) and ginger garlic glue (1 tsp) for 1 moment on a low fire.
- Cook boneless chicken (300 g) until it becomes white.
- Add salt (0.5 tsp), red stew powder (0.5 tsp), red stew pieces (0.5 tsp), turmeric powder (1/3 tsp), garam masala (1/3 tsp), chaat masala (1/3 tsp), coriander powder (1/2 tsp) with yogurt (1.5 tbsp) and blend well.
- Add lemon juice (1.5 tbsp) and cook for 6-7 mins with covered top on a light fire.
- After the chicken strips, add daintily cut onions (1), cut green capsicum (1/3), cut red capsicum (1/3) and gently saute these veggies.
- Switch off the fire and put the chicken and veggies away.
- Punch down and ply the batter in generally useful flour following 30 minutes of rest.
- Roll your batter round for pizza mixture.
- Grease your baking plate with oil and spot your batter over it.
- Prick openings all around the batter with a fork.
- Spread pizza sauce (3 tbsp), mozzarella cheddar (as you like), cheddar (as you like) all around the batter.
- Top with cooked chicken, vegetables, more cheddar, dark olives, oregano leaves, red stew drops (1 squeeze), olive oil (2 tbsp).
- Preheat stove at 350°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15 minutes roughly at 170°C.
