I had like to post three easy , unique and tasty recipes of chocolate's and coffee some of my favorite so then i thought why not i share my FAVORIT recipes specially coffee pudding that for i loved it when i eat it so enjoy the Recipes and must try at once.....
Coffee Pudding
INGREDIENTS &PROCESS:
3 TBSP CORN FLOUR ¼ CUP WATER 2 TSP INSTANT COFFEE 2 TBSP WATER 2 CUP MILK COOK UNTIL BOIL ½ CUP SUGAR COOK UNTIL BOIL POUR THE COFFEE MIXTURE STIR & COOK UNTIL BOIL POUR THE CORN FLOUR MIXTURE STIR & COOK UNTIL THICKEN BRUSH OIL IN MOULD POUR THE PUDDING MIXTURE COOL DOWN THEN KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1-2 HOURS SPREAD CHOCOLATE CHIPChocolate Mousse Cake:
Chocolate Mousse Cake Fixings:
for cake:
flour (maida) 3/4 cupcocoa powder 2 tbsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
baking soft drink 1/4 tsp
sugar 1/4 cup
vanilla concentrate 1/2 tsp
cooking oil 1/4 cup
water 1/2 cup
For cream part :
whipping cream 1 cup
powdered sugar 1/4 cup
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
for Chocolate Ganache :
whipping cream 1/2 cup
dull chocolate 1/2 cup
for beautification :
ground dull chocolate
** Cake Ring 4.5 inch**
for stove : preheated broiler 180c and prepare for 8 to 10 minutes
Chocolate Pastry Cake
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate pastry cake
2 eggs
Separate the yolks
Sugar 1/4 cup
Add gradually
Beat until stiff peaks
Oil 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 1/3 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Add gradually
6 inch greased pan
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 mins
Let it cool down
Cut into three layers
Whipping cream 1 cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Beat until stiff peaks
Brush sugar syrup
Spread cream evenly
Repeat the process
Cut the edges
Chocolate 2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Microwave for 1 mins
Chocolate ganache is ready
Cheery
Keep it in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serve
