Ingredients
â–¢2 tablespoons Butter
â–¢1 tablespoon Olive Oil
▢½ cup Onions slashed
▢½ cup Celery slashed
â–¢1 cup Carrots slashed
â–¢1 tablespoon Garlic minced
â–¢1 cup Green Beans slashed
â–¢1 cup Mushrooms cut
â–¢1 cup Broccoli Florets
â–¢1 cup Corn Kernels
â–¢1 teaspoon Thyme dried
â–¢1 teaspoon Oregano dried
â–¢3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
â–¢4 cups Whole Milk
â–¢Salt and Pepper to taste
how to make creamy soup:
Hotness margarine and olive oil in a skillet and add onions, celery and carrots. Cook for a couple of moments till the onions relax, trying not to brown them. Add the garlic, beans, mushrooms, broccoli and corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Blend in the thyme and oregano and add the flour.
Add the flour alongside thyme and oregano and cook the flour with veggies briefly and a half. Add the entire milk gradually, while blending ceaselessly. Continue blending while you heat this to the point of boiling, and afterward lessen to a stew. for creamy textured Creamy Soup For Winters
Add salt and pepper and let everything stew for 6-7 minutes or till the soup thickens. Add a little stock or more milk to thin it out if its excessively thick for you. Serve hot.
