How To Make Fish Cutlets
Ingredients for fish cutlets:
1) fish boneless cube 300gm
2) bay leaf 1
3) cinnamon stiks 2
4) whole red chili 4 to 5
5) black peppercorn 8
6) black cardamom 1
7) clove 4
8) ginger 1/2inch piece
9) garlic 4cloves
10)cumin seed 1/2 tps
11) salt 1/2tsp or to taste
12) water 3.4 cup or as required
How to Make Fish cutlets:
Take a pan or pot add fish and all the spieces with 3.4 cup of water or as required
now mix well and bring boil to it cover and cook on medium flam for 10 to 12 minutes
after that cook on high flam for the acess water dried out let the fish mixture cool at room
temperture now take food processer add Split yellow lentil 1/2 cup soaked and boil it out
then add in the food processor , add fish mixture ( remove the bay leaf befor choping )
now add cumin powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, whole spice powder 1/2tsp,
salt 1.2tsp or to taste, egg 1 now chop all these things untill well combined now take
the seperate bowl and pour the chopped mixture in it now add 1 small chopped onion,
freshly chopped parsley, add fresh green chillies 1.2 small cup ,fresh mint chopped 1.2 cup
mix well with the help of hand now crease the hands and make shapes of cutlets
Now assemblings:
now take eggs and beaten it
take 1cup of bread crumbs
now dip the cutlet first in the egg mixture the added in crumbs
now take oil and deep fry the cutlets and enjoy....
